Black Rock Mining Ltd has inked a binding agreement with POSCO International Corporation for a $40 million investment aimed at developing the Mahenge Graphite Project’s Module 1 in Tanzania. This major financial move, which is still subject to regulatory approvals, will also grant POSCO long-term fines offtake from the project’s future Module 2, signifying a significant step towards de-risking the project’s funding strategy and providing a new source of natural graphite.
