Black Rock Mining Limited has announced the appointment of Ursula Phillips as a Non-Executive Director, effective from October 1, 2024. Phillips brings over a decade of executive management experience across various industries including technology and operations, and holds a strong background in program management and corporate transformation. In tandem with her appointment, the company has proposed granting Phillips over 1.7 million options as part of her director compensation, subject to shareholder approval.
