Black Iron Inc. has successfully conducted its annual and special shareholders’ meeting, with all nominees listed in the management information circular being elected as directors. In addition to ratifying the directorship, the shareholders approved the company’s stock option and deferred share unit plans and appointed auditors. The company is focused on advancing its wholly-owned Shymanivske Iron Ore Project in Ukraine, as detailed in its latest technical report.
