Black Dragon Director Increases Shareholding

Black Dragon Gold Corp. Shs Chess Depository Interests Repr 1 Sh (AU:BDG) has released an update.

Alberto Lavandeira, a director at Black Dragon Gold Corp., has significantly increased his stake in the company by acquiring 2,500,000 Chess Depository Interests (CDIs) and an equal number of unlisted options through an off-market placement, as detailed in the latest Appendix 3Y filing. The transaction, which took place on June 14, 2024, and was previously announced and approved by shareholders, brings his total holdings to 5,476,598 CDIs, with various options having different exercise prices and expiration dates. No securities were disposed of in this change of the director’s interest, which was done at a value of $0.02 per CDI.
