Black Diamond Boosts Fleet with Strategic Acquisition

Black Diamond (TSE:BDI) has released an update.

Black Diamond Group Limited has expanded its Modular Space Solutions in Western Canada with the acquisition of 329 space rental units and ancillary assets in Kitimat, British Columbia, for $20.45 million in cash. This strategic asset purchase, funded through the company’s asset-based lending facility, is poised to bolster rental revenue growth and service the robust demand in the region. Furthermore, Black Diamond has entered into a collaborative agreement with Gitxaala Enterprises, signaling a commitment to future projects within the Gitxaala Nation’s territories.
