Black Cat Syndicate Ltd. (AU:BC8) has released an update.

Black Cat Syndicate Limited has announced the appointment of Davide Bosio as a director, effective from 1 October 2024. Bosio currently holds no registered securities with the company but has relevant interests in 500,000 ordinary fully paid shares and a combination of 2.7 million options through entities where he is either a director, trustee, or beneficiary. There are no disclosed interests in any contracts involving the company at this time.
