Black Canyon Limited has announced an extension of the closing date for its Security Purchase Plan (SPP) to October 9, 2024, from the previously scheduled September 30, 2024. The extension comes along with an updated Appendix 3B and a revised timetable for shareholder action, urging eligible shareholders to consult the Prospectus and professional advisers before participating. Black Canyon, a player in the mining sector, controls a substantial land area within the Balfour Manganese Field and is involved in the manganese market, critical for steel manufacturing and Li-ion batteries.
