Bitterroot Resources Secures C$270K in Private Placement

Bitterroot Resources (TSE:BTT) has released an update.

Bitterroot Resources Ltd. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, generating C$270,000 through the sale of 10.8 million units, aimed at funding their Nighthawk Gold/Silver Project and other operational costs. The units, which include a common share and a purchase warrant, are subject to a four-month trading restriction. Notably, the placement involved insider participation without any additional finders’ fees or commissions.
