The company’s ETH position represents 3.86% of the total Ethereum supply and makes Bitmine the world’s largest ETH treasury and the second-largest global crypto treasury behind Strategy Inc.
The company disclosed that 3.14 million ETH, or about 67% of its holdings, were staked, generating an annualized $184 million in staking revenue and producing a 7‑day yield slightly above the industry Composite Ethereum Staking Rate. Management highlighted a recent acceleration in weekly ETH purchases and framed ETH’s outperformance during the Iran war and potential U.S. regulatory clarity via the Clarity Act as reinforcing crypto’s role as a “war time” store of value, while also noting Bitmine’s high trading liquidity and strong institutional investor base as key elements of its market positioning.
