Bitfarms Ltd., a global Bitcoin enterprise, has updated its prospectus supplement in relation to its US$375 million at-the-market equity offering program, following a proposed acquisition. The company plans to use potential proceeds to enhance its mining operations and for general corporate purposes. The sale of shares through this program will be made at prevailing market prices.
