Bitfarms Ltd., a leader in Bitcoin data center operations, has reached a settlement with Riot Platforms Inc., which includes board changes and a standstill agreement through the 2026 Annual Meeting. The agreement sees Andrés Finkielsztain stepping down from Bitfarms’ board, while Amy Freedman joins, and Bitfarms agrees to nominate an independent director at the upcoming virtual Special Meeting, with Riot’s support.
