Bitcoin Depot Inc. has announced the appointment of Teri G. Fontenot, an experienced healthcare executive, to its Board of Directors effective July 1, 2024. Fontenot, who will also chair the Audit Committee, brings a wealth of leadership from her time as CEO of Woman’s Hospital and her service on national healthcare boards. Her qualifications satisfy Nasdaq’s independent director and financial literacy standards. As part of her compensation, Fontenot will receive restricted stock units and an annual cash retainer for her contributions to the Board and Audit Committee.
