Bison Finance Group Limited successfully passed the majority of its proposed resolutions at the Annual General Meeting held on June 19, 2024, with overwhelming support for the adoption of financial statements, re-election of directors, and re-appointment of its auditor. However, resolutions concerning the general mandate to issue, buy back, and extend share issuance were notably rejected, as they did not receive the required 50% approval by vote.
