Bisichi Mining PLC successfully held its 112th Annual General Meeting, with all nine ordinary resolutions being passed, including the adoption of annual accounts, approval of a dividend, and re-election of board members. Key outcomes included an overwhelming approval for the 4p per Ordinary Share dividend and the reappointment of Kreston Reeves LLP as auditors.
