Bisichi Mining has announced that, pending shareholder approval, its final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2023, will be paid out on July 26, 2024, to shareholders who are on the register by the end of business on July 5, 2024. This update resolves a minor discrepancy previously noted between the Annual Report and the AGM notice.
