Bisalloy Steel Group Limited has announced a new issuance of 52,742 ordinary fully paid shares on September 6, 2024. The shares are to be quoted under the ticker BIS on the ASX following their application as detailed in Appendix 2A of the ASX Listing Rules. This move is aimed at expanding the company’s shareholder base and increasing its market presence.
