Bisalloy Director’s Shareholding Update

Bisalloy Steel Group Ltd (AU:BIS) has released an update.

Bisalloy Steel Group Limited has disclosed a change in Director Rowan Melrose’s interests, as required by listing rules. The update, which reflects transactions conducted on September 2, 2024, shows that Melrose has converted 52,742 Performance Share Rights from the FY22 Grant into the same number of ordinary shares, while maintaining an indirect holding of 10,000 ordinary shares through J&R Melrose Investments Pty Ltd.
