Birchtree Investments Ltd. has entered into a strategic investment with Valkyrie Specialty Corporation, a Texas-based service provider aimed at enhancing oil and gas production by improving underperforming wells. The deal, which includes a share exchange and additional share subscription, will result in Birchtree holding a significant stake in Valkyrie Specialty’s parent company and gaining a seat on their board. This investment marks Birchtree’s ongoing strategy to profit from its investment assets.
