Birchcliff Energy Ltd. and AltaGas Ltd. have announced an enhanced partnership aimed at cutting long-term operating costs and expanding access to global LPG markets, a move expected to bolster shareholder value. Under the new agreement, Birchcliff will operate AltaGas’ Gordondale Facility, promising operational efficiencies and cost savings. Additionally, Birchcliff will tap into AltaGas’ global exports platform for marketing additional LPG volumes, leveraging premium pricing in Asian markets.
