Bioxytran, Inc. has announced the appointment of Dr. Radka Milanova to its Board of Directors, filling the vacancy left by the late Dr. Chen-Walden. Dr. Milanova brings a wealth of experience from the biotechnology sector, including leading roles in drug applications, R&D programs, and securing successful business deals. She holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry and boasts a track record of patented inventions and publications. Although she won’t receive cash for her board participation, she’s entitled to compensation in company stock for each meeting attended, aligning with the company’s 2021 compensation plan for executives and directors. Additionally, the company has provisions for its Preferred Stock, allowing insiders to convert their common shares at a specified ratio, amplifying their voting power before any conversion to common stock takes place.
