Biosenta Inc. has launched a non-brokered private placement offering aimed at raising up to $600,000 by selling units at $0.40 each, with each unit including a share and a half-warrant. The proceeds from this offering, which is scheduled to close around April 26, 2024, are destined for general corporate purposes. The offering is not registered in the U.S. and is subject to a four-month hold period as per Canadian securities laws.
