BioNeutra Global Corporation has announced a partnership with Protein Industries Canada and other partners to innovate with pea starch, turning it into valuable food ingredients. The agreement involves a $5.7M project that will enhance the plant protein industry and include the construction of a new large-scale facility in Canada. This move represents an expansion for BioNeutra’s product range from its original focus on VitaFiber® IMO to a broader portfolio of healthy food ingredients.
