Three company affiliates and two shareholders are bolstering the company’s finances by agreeing to lend up to $500,000 through a yet-to-be-finalized convertible promissory note. Although the formal agreement is pending, funds have already started flowing into the company. Additionally, the company has recently published two press releases regarding its financial status and the organic certification of its commercial nitrogen fertilizer, both of which can be found on the Investors page of the company’s website.
