Bion Environmental Announces Executive Leadership Shakeup

Bion Environmental Technologies (BNET) has shared an update.

William O’Neill resigned as CEO and Director of the company on May 31, 2024, and was succeeded by S. Craig Scott as a new board member. To address the vacancy, Gregory Schoener stepped in as the interim COO, with his role and compensation to be determined in June. These leadership changes, following the earlier loss of COO Dominic Bassani, were publicly announced in a press release titled “Bion Announces Changes in Leadership and Approach” on the company’s website.
