Biome Technologies (GB:BIOM) has released an update.
Biome Technologies PLC has announced a retail offer exclusively for its UK-based shareholders to raise up to £80,000 through the sale of new ordinary shares at an issue price of 5 pence each. The offer is part of a larger fundraising initiative which includes a subscription to raise approximately £950,000 and a conversion of convertible loan notes. The retail offer is available through participating financial intermediaries until 21 August 2024 and will rank equally with existing shares.
