Biome Technologies PLC, a prominent bioplastics and radio frequency technology company, has announced the grant of options for 127,832 new ordinary shares, which represents 3.38% of its current issued share capital. The options, exercisable at 67.50 pence per share, have been allotted to staff and managerial personnel, with a specific condition that the company’s share price must exceed 275 pence over 60 days prior to vesting. These options are set to vest following the signing of the annual reports for the years ending 2024 and 2025 and remain exercisable up to the 10th anniversary of the grant date.
