Biolidics Limited has successfully completed the issuance and allotment of 946 million new ordinary shares, significantly altering the company’s share capital structure. Major allotments included shares to individuals Mr. Yuan Zhijun, Mr. Wu Kunwei, and Mr. Zhu Hua, as well as the legal firm Icon Law LLC, collectively comprising 55.96% of the enlarged share capital.
