Biolidics Limited has announced significant changes to its board of directors, including the appointment of Gavin Mark McIntyre as the Lead Independent Director and the stepping down from his role as Non-Executive Independent Chairman. In his stead, Zhu Hua has been named the new Executive Chairman, effective from April 30, 2024. These board restructurings have not affected the composition of the company’s Audit, Nominating, and Remuneration Committees.
