Biolidics Limited has announced the appointment of Ms Ch’ng Li-Ling as the Lead Independent Director, effective 18 June 2024, following the resignation of Mr Gavin Mark McIntyre. Additionally, the company is experiencing a leadership transition as Mr Song Tang Yih steps down from his roles as Executive Director and CEO on 30 June 2024, with Mr Zhu Hua temporarily taking over his responsibilities until a new CEO is appointed. These changes will result in a reconfigured Board composition, which will include Mr Zhu Hua as Executive Director and Chairman, among other directors.
