Biolidics Ltd has entered into a supplemental agreement amending the terms of a previous subscription agreement, allowing for the partial set-off of outstanding debt against the aggregate subscription amount of S$1,628,000. This arrangement will see some debts cleared with the subscriber before the issue date, with the remainder to be paid in cash. Further details are expected to be released in a forthcoming shareholders’ circular.
