Biolidics Limited announces the appointment of Mr. Zhu Hua as Executive Director effective 11 April 2024, with an upcoming promotion to Executive Chairman after the Annual General Meeting slated for 29 April 2024. In his new executive role, Mr. Zhu will guide the strategic direction and business growth of the company. This change will also lead to a new composition of the Board and its Committees.
