Biolidics Limited has announced the resignation of Mr Gavin Mark McIntyre as the Lead Independent Director and his departure from the Audit and Remuneration Committees effective 18 June 2024. The company has expressed appreciation for Mr McIntyre’s contributions and has appointed Ms Ch’ng Li-Ling and Mr Liew Yoke Pheng Joseph to the respective committees. These changes are part of a re-composition of the Board and its Committees to ensure continued effective governance.
