BioHarvest Sciences Inc. has announced a forthcoming share consolidation, with shareholders approving a change of thirty-five pre-consolidation shares into one post-consolidation share. After the process, the total issued shares are expected to drop from 574,878,008 to approximately 16,425,077. The consolidation will take effect on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the same ticker symbol ‘BHSC’ starting June 3, 2024, pending CSE approval.
