This follows the company’s successful implementation of a customer relationship management system by its staff and an increase in revenue by at least 5% compared to the previous year, excluding related-party transactions. These achievements come alongside a stockholder-approved increase in authorized shares, demonstrating progress and investor confidence in the company’s strategic direction.
