Biofish Holding AS’s annual general meeting, held on 6 June 2024, concluded with all proposed resolutions passed, including the approval of the 2023 annual accounts and auditor’s report, board and committee elections, and the remuneration for board, nomination and audit committee members. Over half of the company’s share capital was represented at the meeting, which was conducted both physically and virtually.
