BIO-UV Group SA has successfully settled a dispute with Neptune Benson, allowing for the unrestricted sale of their water disinfection products in North America. The settlement, originating from a conflict that began in 2018, was reached through positive negotiations. This agreement is expected to foster new opportunities for future trade between the companies.
