Bio-Rad Laboratories: Executive Transition and Shareholder Decisions

Bio-Rad Laboratories (BIO) has issued an update.

Simon May, a key executive at Bio-Rad Laboratories, has announced his resignation to take on a new opportunity, effective May 1, 2024. He will be succeeded by James J. Barry, who is being promoted from Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing. Additionally, at Bio-Rad’s recent Annual Meeting, all nominated directors were elected, KPMG LLP was ratified as the independent auditors, and the 2017 Incentive Award Plan received approval from a majority of the shareholders. These changes and approvals highlight a period of transition and governance activities within the company.
