BingEx Limited, operating under the brand FlashEx, is a prominent on-demand dedicated courier service provider in China, known for its high-efficiency delivery services. In its third-quarter 2025 financial results, BingEx reported a revenue of RMB1,005.4 million, a decline from the previous year, attributed to reduced order volume amidst increased market competition. Despite the revenue drop, the company achieved a net income of RMB43.7 million, a significant improvement from the previous year’s net loss, highlighting a positive turnaround.
The financial report revealed a gross profit of RMB111.8 million, with a slight decrease in gross profit margin to 11.1%. Operating expenses increased by 16.1%, driven by a notable rise in general and administrative expenses due to higher professional fees and share-based compensation. The company fulfilled 63.2 million orders during the quarter, maintaining its operational scale.
BingEx’s strategic initiatives included expanding its service categories and enhancing customer engagement, which contributed to improved brand reputation and customer loyalty. The company’s commitment to shareholder value was evident in its share repurchase program, buying back 1.6 million ADSs for approximately US$5.4 million.
Looking forward, BingEx aims to sustain growth in its core business while upholding social responsibilities. The management remains focused on refining operations and expanding business reach, ensuring steady value delivery to stakeholders.
