Billington Holdings ( (GB:BILN) ) just unveiled an update.

Billington Holdings has launched its 2026 Employee Sharesave Scheme, granting three-year saving plan options over 159,395 ordinary shares, equivalent to about 1.2% of issued share capital, at a 20% discounted exercise price of 306p. A total of 104 employees, including the chief executive, chief operating officer and chief financial officer, have taken up options under the scheme, further aligning management and staff equity interests with shareholders over the long term.

Under the new scheme, options will become exercisable from April 2029, extending Billington’s existing mix of incentive arrangements that includes a deferred bonus plan and long-term incentive plan for executives. The participation of senior management in the sharesave programme underscores the company’s use of broad-based equity incentives to support retention and engagement across its workforce while reinforcing its leadership’s stake in future performance.
