Bigtincan Director Increases Shareholdings

Bigtincan Holdings Ltd (AU:BTH) has released an update.

Wayne Hugh Stevenson, a director at Bigtincan Holdings Limited, has increased his direct and indirect shareholdings in the company through participation in a recent Retail Entitlement Offer. Stevenson acquired 273,653 ordinary shares at $0.10 each, bringing his total direct and indirect holdings to 400,000 and 694,612 shares respectively. The transaction did not occur during a closed period where prior written clearance was required.
