BigCommerce President Resigns, CEO Bellm Takes Interim Charge

BigCommerce Holdings (BIGC) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.

Steven Chung will resign as President of the Company on February 16, 2024, due to international relocation for personal and professional reasons. Chung is recognized for his role in the Company’s restructuring, which unified Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. CEO Brent Bellm will serve as interim President following Chung’s departure, while the Company searches nationally for a new President.
