Big Tree Carbon Inc., an indigenous-led natural asset company, has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $300,000 through the sale of 6 million working capital units at $0.05 each. These units include a common share and a purchase warrant, which allows buying another share at a slightly higher price within a year. The raised capital will be used to provide the Ontario-based company with working capital for developing Biodiversity Stewardship projects.
