Big River Industries Limited is calling on its shareholders to appoint proxies and provide voting instructions for the upcoming Annual General Meeting, scheduled for October 31, 2024. Shareholders can submit their proxies online, by mail, fax, or in person, and have options to vote on key resolutions, including director re-elections, securities issuance under the company’s Rights Plan, and an additional 10% placement capacity. Proxies must be received 48 hours before the meeting to be considered valid.
