Big River Industries Ltd. has announced that Director Brad Soller increased his stake in the company by acquiring 204 additional Ordinary Shares at $1.42 each, as part of the company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), raising his total holdings to 14,713 shares. The transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
