Big Ridge Gold Corp. has amended its earn-in agreement for the Hope Brook Gold Project, expediting its increase in ownership from 51% to 80% without the previous requirement of an additional $10 million expenditure. The company has already invested approximately $5.8 million and will issue 10 million shares to First Mining as part of the transaction. This strategic move boosts Big Ridge’s attributable gold resources significantly under favorable market conditions.
