Big Ridge Gold Corp. has significantly advanced its position in the Hope Brook Gold Project by increasing its ownership from 51% to 80% after issuing 10 million shares to First Mining Gold Corp. The transaction also involved the acquisition of First Mining’s stake in Big Ridge by a consortium of supportive shareholders, adding around 420,000 gold ounces to Big Ridge’s resources. The Hope Brook Project, known for past high-grade gold production, promises further exploration and development under Big Ridge’s expanded ownership.
