Bharti Airtel Limited ( (IN:BHARTIARTL) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Bharti Airtel has received about INR 156,959.77 million as the first and final call money on 391,176,994 partly paid-up equity shares issued in its 2021 rights offering, and has converted these into fully paid-up equity shares under its existing ISIN. The move increases the company’s paid-up equity share capital to INR 30,467,799,900, boosts its equity base and market tradable float, while reminder notices will be sent for the remaining 1,110,668 partly paid shares where call money is still unpaid, indicating further potential capital inflow and minor ongoing clean-up of its capital structure.
