Bhagwan Marine Ltd’s director, Andrew Wackett, has been granted 299,604 Performance Rights as part of his remuneration package, enhancing his indirect holdings through the Wackett Family Super Fund. This grant, approved by shareholders, is designed to serve as a long-term incentive for Wackett, with these rights set to vest by August 2027.
