BH Macro Limited has successfully completed its share conversion on July 31, 2024, resulting in the issuance of 15,279 US Dollar Shares and the cancellation of 12,308 Sterling Shares, effective September 3, 2024. The newly issued shares will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, with shareholder accounts updated by September 11. Post-conversion, the company has over 28 million US Dollar Ordinary Shares and 353 million Sterling Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury.
