BH Global Corporation Limited is set to restructure its subsidiary, Sea Forrest Technologies Pte Ltd, along with its wholly-owned subsidiaries, through a strategic asset transfer to a newly formed entity led by Mr. George Lee, maintaining their respective 80%-20% ownership split. The restructuring, which includes the eventual winding-up of SFT, is anticipated to have no significant impact on the group’s consolidated net tangible assets or earnings per share for the fiscal year ending December 2024.
